[Resolved] ShopClues.com — wrong product delivered instead of what was ordered | |||||
Wrong product delivery, shopclues raised the return request but no courier person called up and later closed the return request as courier mentioned not available and reattempt of pickup option is not happening. We were available at our office daily and no call has come from any courier company for pickup. I want to return the product, had ordered conditioner and got shampoo instead in delivery.
