An ironing board is booked online with shopclues.com on cod basis, on delivery a cloth drying stand was deliverd in packed codition and cod paymentn isisa made, on complaing to shopclues with ther due process on online, they wanted photos to sent, and this process is duly complied. They replied that the complaint is approved and a return pickup and correct product will be deliverd. After a couple of days they inform me that return pickup is denyed saying it is not in serviceable area. And wanted me to send the packet to them. This is against their own service conditions and denying of customer service. Pl make them to pick up the same or refund my payment.
