Dear ShopClues Team, This is to bring to your kind notice that I am superbly irritated from your service and feel tortured from the responses of your Support Team. I am a professional – a product designer and due to urgent need of a laptop had ordered the laptop from Shopclues, but to my ill luck…this experience has been a never ending nightmare. It’s been 15 days – I am sitting at home with a wrong product – not able to use it and the product is ready for shipment since 27th May 2015 – but, no one has come to pick up the product. I had made the payment via credit card for 3 month EMI and I needed to return this product and get the refund asap so, that I can buy another laptop & start my work. Please note the below given details : Customer Name : Shikha Mishra Order no. – 51638581 Ordered on : 15th May 2015 Product Ordered Detail : Dell Inspiron 3542 4Th Gen (Ci3/4Gb/1Tb/Ubuntu) Notebook (QTY:1) Product Received on 22nd May 2015 : 500GB Hard Disk! Service Tag: 4K6C632 Have checked the service Tag No. @ the DELL website n you can also have a look : http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/servicetag/4K6C632/con... Product Return Request Filed on: 23rd May 2015 Product Return Request Approved on : 27th May 2015 which said : Kindly note the reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days. A mail was received on 2nd June after my regular call that the product has yet not been picked up n that said : “We have been trying to contact you on your registered mobile number [protected], however, could not connect through as the number was not contactable. Request you to please share an alternate number.” My Reply was : Kindly call me back on my registered mobile number [protected] or you can contact me on alternate number [protected]. I never ever got any call on 2nd/3rd of June 2015 – neither on my register mobile no. nor on the alternate no. On 4th June I spoke to Amrita in support team and she told me : “the product should have been picked up by now but, the status updated is – the shipment was not ready”. The truth is nobody ever called me from the logistic/courier side. And moreover, Amrita told me that the pickup will be done on 5th June 2015. I called up at Shopclues @ 12:45 pm on 5th June and asked as to when the pick up is gonna happen & the reply was : “ we have initiated your product pickup on 4th June & it will take 3-4 working days to get this done since the status updated is - the shipment was not ready”. I am over n over telling the team member that your logistics partner is lying and that nobody has called me for the pickup and the person is over n over robotically repeating the above statement. I have received a wrong product because of your sheer negligence and inability to work properly. The product was delivered after 8 days after QC! This is the level of your working…then the return request approval is done after 5 day of filing the request and its been 9 working days since then n there is none to pickup the product and there is such a mismanagement and discrepancy at each level. Your Support team members try to avoid transferring the call to some senior responsible person…they keep me holding the phone for as long as 18 minutes!!! This is such a mental harassment of a customer. Absolutely no solution till date. Thanks & Regards, Shikha
