[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Wrong product & no response while asking for perfect product/returning money | |||
Hi Team, Whats going on with Shopclues.com ? Is this genuine website ? Thinking that i can order some items, went to the website & ordered cookware products. It was delayed. Anyways, finally it reached to me with a great delay. Now, this is not working on induction. In the website it was mentioned that it was induction cookware. So, i need to return this. And get it worked. For returning, there is some process. For initiating the process, i need to check that order in my account. It is not being displayed. I have raised multiple tickets on this issue. Everytime, i get some ticket is generated. But, none has resolved the issue. Does anyone know the process of doing this ? This is not at all fare to deal with a customer. Do you think we are fools. One guy will call and tell something and will place the call. Another guy cannot confirm that it was related to induction(Eventhough, it was mentioned as induction cookware in website). Who will take care of this ? Is anyone resolving the issue ? Can request my money back by returning the product ? Will i have the perfect cookware which will work for induction if the product is replaced with new product ? When i am not having an option to return the product, what is the alternate option ? Does your IT department intimated on this ? Customer is having a right to ask these questions. I want detail analysis of the full problem & resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
