Dear sir my self sanjeev dhunna r/o e1/138 sector 16 rohini delhi phone no.[protected] .I am purchasing one pair of shoes from shop clues.com on last december after reciving the product its totaly diffrent as seen on site after complaning at site the delivery boy pick the shoes back but did not give me the right product or my money back only via mail they assured me to procedure is under process near about 12 days passed away nothing would be done nor they allow me to make a fresh order &adjust my money to this order my order id is 79830941 genersted by shop clues kindly help me to resolve the issue regards sanjeev Was this information helpful? | |||||

My friend it happened to me and you know what I did I reordered the same product but this time COD / Cash on Delivery when the order came I gave the delivery man some money to open the pack and I removed the item and replaced it with bar soap and returned the order asking him to report as "item not collected" now let shop clues have a bath with the soap stinking people that they are
