The product described is different than the delivered one, no replace or return option available even tho both are mentioned in the policy, no contact details available, no replies received for raised tickets. Jun 29, 2022 Updated by Taha Kezar Husain Order id :[protected] Jul 03, 2022 Updated by Taha Kezar Husain Update :- after this complaint someone posing as talking from shopclues called me and asked the issue and forced me to install quicksupport TeamViewer (generally used to scam people in this type of cases) on enquiring the reason to download it he stated to update the replace option shopclues, i asked for alternate method and he rudely refused and ends the call.
