Greetings. I had purchased 2 selfie sticks from shopeclues and the details are as below. Order id:[protected] Order placed on mon, 02 oct 2017 Product : shutterbugs combo pack of 2 selfie stick for all smartphones (Assorted) I have following issues. 01. I have not received 2 selfie sticks. Instead you have sent me mobile holder. I am not at all interested in this product. 02. The only selfie stick you sent me is broken, I tried to get in touch with helpdesk but they are asking me to go to service centre. Same reply they sent me for more than 4 times. What about my other selfie stick..? Either you refund my money or send me the product i paid for. Plz don’t force me to go to consumer court.
