We have received the item on 14th november 2017, but we are unable to use this mobile.. There is no network... My brother was trying to reach the customer care number... But there was no use. Yesterday we have given this mobile to the service center for repair. But the service engineer was saying that this mobile we cannot repair...

Please help me on this.. You guys can give new working mobile or money back... I will be waiting for your response.
