ShopClues Company — They cancel product after successful order completion

On 20 march 2017. I bought 2 products on shopclues.com whose order id is[protected] &[protected] whose cost is over 600 rs seprately. After 1 day they cancel my order & say there was some system issues. Recently I again bought a product whose order id is[protected] on 28 june & they cancel my order after completion of order. If they are not able to provide products to the customers then why they are in this industry. I want you to please shut down this company's door or provide me good solution as soon as possible.
