[Resolved]  ShopClues — Fake lotto watch delivered without warranty card

I ordered a lotto watch with order no. 11745469 on shopclues.com. The Lotto watch they sent is not a real
one I think. There is engraved Lotto
logo neither on the belt nor on the
lock. The product is under 6 months
manufacturer's warranty. But there is
no warranty card with the watch. On
the backside of watch it is stated as
model no. 'LTB-201' & on the invoice
as 'white dial watch' but in the back of
the box written model 'LTB-101' &
'Classic(BLACK)! So this must be a
fake watch. When I contacted their customer care through email. They gave answer after around 2-3 days. There they instructed me to search a lotto outlet to ensure whether the delivered
product is fake or original, they would provide
me the same in written. Once I
receive that, I could take scan
copy of this and email shopclues. So needful can be done.
But my point is that there is no lotto outlet here. I attached the
picture of the real watch along with the
images of the product I got from shopclues. They are also neglecting the point of not giving the WARRARTY CARD. They just try to harass their customer & use their money. Kindly take action against those type of business companies.
