[Resolved] ShopClues — incorrect product delivered and having major issue returning the product | |
Dear sir or madam, This is regarding the orderid[protected] placed with shopclues on 15th april 2020. I have ordered for two centrum silver multivitamin tablets 1) centrum silver multivitamin tablet for men 50+ 2) centrum silver multivitamin tablet for women 50+ Both the products got delivered on 21st april 2020. I have to thank them for having these products delivered during the lockdown in india. When i opened the package, i found item 2 namely centrum silver multivitamin tablet for women 50+ that i add ordered was sent incorrectly. Instead of the product i ordered, they have sent centrum silver multivitamin tablet adult +. I have spoken to their customer support, their whatsapp support and sent multiple emails with the all the request that i had asked for photocopies of invoice, package material, interior package material, incorrect product etc.. But they have not bothered to send anything response as such. The customer support is so pathetic 1) through voice, there is absolutely no option to speak to customer support person, all they will say is they will call you back. I did get one call back for 5 calls i did and they were not helpful 2) whatsapp response is robotic response. Absolute crap 3) email, you only get automatic message and no real help. They opened ticket 9820596 for this issue, funny part is you cannot update on this ticket. You have to keep raising new ticket reference this ticket. There is no option to ask for update on this ticket. You go and ask for update on whatsapp or email, you will get automated message. What a piece of crap. I need to have this product returned and money refunded, there is no one that is helping, these are bit expensive tablets and i do not want to compromise on the product. As i am not getting any support whatsoover over the options of customer support, i have to write here. These big online marketing companies should understand that customers time equally important as well, we just cannot spend all our day, calling the support person and writing to them for their fault. Had it been something wrong from our end, there is no hesitation in spending time, we just cannot be spending days on other persons fault. I sincerely hope, that each and everyone times is respected and not taken for granted and i hope i will get response from the team. Was this information helpful? | |
