[Resolved] ShopClues — Not giving the refund | |||
I had ordered an item from Shopclues online website. Order Number: 13025375 Product: Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses with Case & Clean up cloth (Imported) It was mentioned in the product description that "If you are not fully satisfied with the product, we take returns- NO condition applies, and will offer you full refund. Item price+shipping charges.Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED". I read the product description and ordered for the product. Upon the delivery I found the product is not matching my expectation and I was not at all satisfied with the product and hence I requested for return. The Return Number was: 274385. But the shopclues website is not providing the refund to me stating that the merchant had shipped the same product which I ordered for. I do understand the return policy of the shopclues and the merchant had sent me the exact product which I had ordered. But the issue is that I ordered the product reading the product description, and it stated the above mentioned lines that shopclues will take returns with no condition applied on it. And that to written in capital letters. Hence I demand the return and refund of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
