Dear Sir kindly Help 1. I Booked Sony Branded Power Bank 35 numbers form Shopclus Silver Colour Dated 30th August 2015 2) got a Delivery dated 4th Septemeber 2015 3) We Paid Money Since Couriour Guy Was Not Allowing the Prodcuts to be Opened after paying When We opened the Box for our Shock We got All the Duplicate Products for Sony, it Was of All Different Colours, Comaplterly Damged Conditions and it Came Without Billing or Invoice 4) immediately I Written a Mail I got a Replay Request Taken and Will Revert in 48hours After No Revert 5) Again I Need to Call Call Center they Kept my Mobile in Hold for 40 Mints and Said your Refund Approved Same Will be Proceed Once the Pick up Happans from your Home Dated:-9th Septmebr TILL DATE NO ONE CAME TO PICK UP AND NOT REVERTING THE CALL IF I CALL CALL CENTER THEY KEEP ME PURPOSSLY FOR 50 TO 60 MINTUES TO LINE AND THEY WONT REVERT AND DISCONNECT MY CALL I NEED MY MONEY KINDLY ADVICE Regards Boregowda.N [protected]
