ShopClues — procurement delay after delaying for 3 months. not been able to cancel my order or get my money back. | |||
I ordered an laptop charger from shopclues on 26 th march 2020. They kept delaying it saying its lockdown. Finally after 2 and half minths they are saying procurement delay. Neither i can cancel my order nor i am able to get my money back. I called them 100 times but no one ever picks up the call. I send them email. Invain. I cann't do anything without it for last 2 months. Please send my charger within next 2 days or give my money back in my respective nank account.
