Hi, This is regarding my product Dry iron for which I have done online payments and did not get any update after many reminder and follow up with customer care, delivery date is already delayed and customer care is saying we does not have any update as its given to courier service and they does not have information for courier service. They always says deliver will done in next 48 hours and you will received call back in next 24hrs but after many follow up with customer care, there 24hrs for call back and 48hrs for delivery not complete in month, I need urgent help because there customer care has no knowledge and did not provide details also. even they are not supporting and ready for money back.
