[Resolved]  ShopClues — Refund for order #[protected]not received even after 1 month

I purchased a product order #10773453 from Shopclues on 3rd feb 2014.When I checked the pincode for their delivery point it showed that my pincode is under their servicable area.So I paid the amount.3 days after placing the order they told that the product cannot be delivered.Then I requested for the refund.They initiated the refund on feb 10th as per their mail.Whenever I called up the customer care they are telling that there are some technical problem from their side.They are repeating this response whenever I am calling.But till now ie even after the stipulated time period of 21 days I havent received the refund.This company is cheating a lot of people.Please dont buy anything from this company.
