ShopClues — Regarding faulty product

Sir I have ordered a Sony power bank of 10000mah capacity through shopclues online. My order number for this product is 66475207 .I found that the power bank that I receive is not working . It automatically disconnect the power supply to output after few second. I also found that the power bank which I have ordered is only 2500 mah battery inside it instead of 10000mah.I have lodged many return back request(around 5- 6 times to shopclues's customer care but they still didn't arrange any reverse pick up of the product. So I requested to you that please take a necessary action against the company so that I can get the replaced geniune product that have 10000mah capacity.I will be very thankful to you.
