ShopClues — returning and refund issue

I orderd a wallet from shopclues and am not satisfied with the quality and design of the product so i filed a compaint against the product and requested a return application but due to some wrong information about bank details they declined it and now not i am not able to correct them so they are not helping me to return the product and thus i am not getting my money back.

Phone call from ShopClues said that I had worn lucky draw... Of rs 126000 and called me. From this no [protected] said that u have won and you should send me first 6500 to my account and then he again said sir plz send me money for gst 8500 then this money will go to u your account... Bt didn't now I want my money back please help
