ShopClues — Sent me damaged product and did not replace it or refund my money

I had placed an order for an iron board from the website www.shopclues.com, they sent me a damaged product on 10th may 2016, and then when i sent them the pics and asked them to replace the product on 12th may 2016, they refused to do so saying that i had to file for refund/replacement within 2 days. I am very disappointed with them. I paid rs 830 for the product and the money is gone

i have paid a Amount towards a purchase of LED lamp the said co give me the order no 50070333 but the company doen't send me the product . so it is very serious matter and help me .
