ShopClues — The company is fooling customers | |||||
I had ordered a sony earphone from shopclues and when I Got it, I came to know that it was not a genuine sony product but a fake one. When I lodged a complaint, after mailing them hundreds of times and calling them spending almost 60 rupees for a short span of call they agreed to return the product but they didnt returned the money into my bank account and transfered it to shopclues bucks. Then I had no other choice but to order something from them again, so I ordered a commbo of a laptop cooling fan and a lighter and paid for it with the bucks I had in the shopclues account. After almost 10 days I got the lighter and 3 days after it when the delivery boy came with the laptop cooling pad he asked me to pay the cash because his slip on which he takes the signature read that the amount has to be taken but on the parcel it was showing that 0 balence has to be taken.
