ShopClues — worst customer service among all online shopping sites | |
i do very regular online shopping. Among all online sites, shopclues has got most pathetic customer service. This is not one time experience. Whenever i did shopping with shopclues & contacted their customer service, i received very horrible response. My present complaint is regarding order no 7827303 . They have not shipped the order even after 10 days of ordering the product. So i requested them to cancel the order & refund my money so that i can purchase it from other place. Worst of this they are not at all responding to my request since last 2 days. Why shopclues people are such a . Was this information helpful? | |
