When the complain is given on the customer care, I required the bill they said if you have any problem in future you can contact to us but without the bill the product is been selling the shopclues illegally. And even I have complain that I was taken the product by checking the 3 led bulb of 3watts each, but as per the customer care executive it is only bulb, which is incorrect. While placing the order I have taken the screen shot of the payment confirmation page which I have attached herewith the highlighted box of the product image which is misleading to the consumer. If the complain is not been resolved here, I will make sure that the shopclues will be charge a penalty for not issuing a bill as per the MRP Act, and mis guiding the consumer.
