Regarding the purchase of 500w mixer grinder, the product was received a month ago on cash on delivery. The product was in damaged condition. On my request of replacement replied qwill be replced. On my request of delayed service they asked me the bank account number, while i am giving the sb account no. They asked me to give the debit card no. Shopclues.com — Delivered faulty tv and refusing to take it back

I have purchased tge TV, but cannor use it, since the language option is in Vietnamese.Moreover remote is also faulty. I have called Shop Clues 100 times requesting them to take ir back & refund my money. But they did not do that, instead the seller abused me on phone & told, KISI KI BAAP BHI WOH TV WAPAS NAHIN LEGA
