I have ordered a product from Shopclues and later I have cancelled my order before getting shipped even. Order was cancelled successfully and I was expecting my payment back which I have made. It's been more than 12 days now and I haven't got my money back. Trying to reach Shopclues customer care but as usual no response. Below are the details of Order: Order No[protected] Order Date - 9th March Cancel date - 9th March This is unethical and I am expecting a quick resolution of this issue. I have purchased mobile form shpclue, on 15th march order id[protected] but from first use mobile is hanging and restarting automatically. I request for return id-3840085 but merchant rejected my request.
This is against your 10 days policy.
You have to accept poor quality item.
