I have bought a "dash aux cable" through online from shopclues.com and paid in advance through electronics payment with other seven items. But, according to my purchase list, i did not get/ received the item/ product "dash aux cable" till today.
I have wrote approx three mails to your customer care department, but till today your department shows no care on my complain and your office thank that it is not necessary to send any reply to me. I have acknowledged here that i have received other seven items except the "dash aux cable".
After along time waits i have reporting my complain against your shipping department for non paying item, dash aux cable, till today.
Hope my complain will be attended as early as possible. If not i receive the item, for which i have paid in advance, i have no way without knocking the consumer protection law. — chandranath banerjee.
