I have purchased a sennheiser cx-180 headphone on 26th may 2017. Now it is not working. Then i go to service center to claim warranty but they have told me that my product is not genuine and they have shown me the difference between original and duplicate. It was totally unexpected from shopclues such a big company. Please help me. I have the invoice from shopclues and order detail in my mail box. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered 3 black-coloured belts (order ID[protected]. But I received only 2 belts and full payment had been done. One belt is black and another is brown. Please take back the brown coloured belt and send me anther 2 black- coloured belts as early as possible. My Mobile No. is [protected].
