[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — fraud lucky draw letters and calls

I've only ordered one thing from shopclues (In june 2019) in my entire life and that was my mistake! They don't keep customer's private details confidential. Or they have an issue with their delivery and shipment third party company, or what i don't know. All i know is i received phone calls and sms texts in june and i made it pretty clear i don't want any lucky draw prizes (I'd read about the fraud online). But now, in august, i'm recieving letter delivered to my doorstep stating the same all over again. I contacted shopclues in june and they said this wouldn't happen. You cannot take customer confidentiality seriously and let the third party people keep troubling them constantly. I request you to remove my name from your database completely. I will never shop from this platform ever again.
