[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Not got product ordered for more than 15 days

I had placed an order for set of maybelline lip balms on 10/10/2014.
The order number is 2257901
I have not yet recieved the order.
I tried contacting the customer care but no one picks up.
Pathetic service
I mailed many times to the support but there is no reply.
My order status is shown as possible delay in transit.
I am expecting a reply to when i would be receiving the product else i want to cancel it
Really pathetic service, and please for gods sake keep a valid number
