[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Order id:[protected] refund issue

They picked up both the quilts described below with total cost mentioned that i have already paid.

Item 1
Shoppingatara jaipuri single bed pure cotton quilt rajai razai

Item 2
Krg enterprises doubles cotton printed quilt in mogul design - green & yellow

Total: ₹2623

They sent me an sms saying they will refund only rs 1652/- why? Is this a charity they are giving/ its our hard earned money. They have to refund full amounts as they have picked up both totalling rs 2623/-they have acknowledged that they are damaged products so why only a partial amount? Request consumer complaint to please help us out and settle this once and for all. This is such a tiring experience. Cant describe it. Never expected such a horrible pathetic experience buying online. Never experienced this with any other site.
