ShopClues.com — order no.[protected] shows delivered but i didn't get it

I got an email and a text msg confirming the delivery of my order. But i did not receive any. I complained 3 times but i did not get my product uptill now.
It was a prepaid product and i m afraid i won't be compensated for this. The order is already late and they gave no explanation about why this happened.
"later on, i also read some reviews about shopclues that this product is often left undelivered and many customers never received it." very bad u ppl.🙅🙅😫😫😭😭😭
