I ordered 2 floor cleaning mops as the price was low(Rs.109each). The order was successful but shopclues canceled it stating that the pricing was wrong. I've ordered that product as its price was low and now when I've ordered they are saying that nothing can be done. I've called customer care many times and also gave them warning that I'll lodge a complaint but they neglected it. Now I'm here raising a complaint against them.
