[Resolved] ShopClues.com — refund rejected against undelivered product | |||
I had placed an order #[protected] for 3 sets of lomani deo and 4 sets of yardley deo. Merchant was glance enterprices, mumbai. Order was delivered on 16th feb 2019. When i opened the box i found that only 4 sets of yarley deo were delivered and i did not find 3 sets of lomani deos in the box. I immediately filed a complaint through shopclues app regarding not delivered order.in reply to my mail shopclues replied me that my order was delivered and they also informed me that they will give me pod (Proof of delivery). The same day (On 16th feb) i replied in that mail mentioning that i agree that my order was delivered but merchant had delivered only 1 item (Yardley deos) and i did not receive lomani deos (3 sets). I attached product and product box photos which i received. But i did not get any reply. I found that the yardley deos were broken seal and used. I filed return request for yardley deos. Then i contacted shopclues through phone and i explained the entire issue of not receiving lomani deos to a female customer care executive. She replied me that i will get refund for both the products (Yardley and lomani) as soon as yardley deos will be collected. Yardley deos were collected back and i got refund intimation only for yardley deos. I did not get refund confirmation for lomani deos. On 19th feb, again i contacted shopclues over phone and talked with mr. Saeed and explained him the entire issue. He promised me that my issue will be solved and i will get refund for both the products - returned ones and not received ones. But see how cheaters these people are. I got mail that i am not eligible for refund of not received item because i did not inform shopclues within 2 days of delivery of order.in fact i had informed about the issue on the same day my order was delivered and i have evidence that i sent mail along with photographs. Now shopclues is refusing to refund my money. I have added all relevant photographs pertaining to this issue.
