I have placed a order with the order id[protected]. But i was recieved a cheaf quality product. Totaly defferent product recieved. And anothet think is am wrongly ordered this. So i was contact to the custemer care and their the custumer support exucatative told me that the product was already shipped. And he told me to refuse to accept to delevary when the product was going on delevary. And i am followed all the steps. But point is when i file returen request after 4 minitues it will rejected omg i am totaly socked no one resolve my quary. So please shopclues help me and please remove this type of error.
