We have purchased sweat slim belt vide order no.[protected] dated 08.11.2016 from your site.

We have received the same on 14.11.2016. After using the product for two days the belt was torn out. we would like to return the same as we are not satisfied. We tired calling ([protected]) the merchant he asked us wether we want to replace the product after saying no he never picked up the call again.

We would like to return the product & credit my account.
