I had purchased a wax heater and the product was delivered bad and damaged and as per the return policy its been days i have complaining and filing a ticket number to shop clues but there is no contact from them neither from there team ... I need my refund and need my money back... Everyday i am complaining through email and by app and at their website as well ... My ticket number of complain is 6549694 and order number is[protected].
