ShopCruze — payment not refund in my bank account

Product with order no.[protected], i have asked for return and refund the money to my bank a/c but u people instead gave me cluesbucks. I want my refund to be sent to my bank a/c. I request many times for converting the cluebucks into my bank account. So plz look into the matter, its been almost 5 days. And one more thing i have updated my bank a/c information.
