Shopdeal — loss of my security amount 50k

I have deposited 50, 000 rupees in apr 2017 but after deposition person is not receiving phone and not ready to return money how to take action on these parsons and how could i recover money. I have account statement that i can produce if required and if any other requirements.
Please do somethig. We are so poor people. So u have to take action against them. The main cheaters are kapil, pankaj, karan.
