I have ordered the boat 441 airdopes on 2/12/23 through shopedeal website but when i got the courier on 5 dec, i found ubon earbuds in it.which are useless for me.

I have file a complain a minute while, and how it can marked as resolved, what action company has taken for my refund ?, i have not received any call, my amount from the company, so how the company can marked the complain as resolved. Thanks & Regards Abhishek Agarwal 9818895975
