After the payment, they removed this order from my order list. Therefore I cancelled the order on 10/02/2024. Till date, 04/04/24, there is no update.

    Ordered a Oneplus Bluetooth neckband on 12/02/2024 and received the product in dead condition. I’ve raised a complaint on the same day when I received it (17/02/24) (Return Id 2205). The complaint is yet to be reviewed, which is more than 15 days and there is no response through WhatsApp communication also the customer care number is not in use to connect.

      On 21/2/2024 I have booked 32 inch Acer LED TV paid Rs. 6999/- through SBI credit card. Order ID 14362. Till date not received the product and not gave any update. No reply to my mail and not have customer care number.

        I ordered Fire Bolt Asteroid Smart Watch but they sent Laxasfit Ultra 9 Smart Watch which is wrong item. I want to return this product. But i can't return it. Please right item send me or give me my money back.

          I have ordered a fire boltt ace luxury phoenix Amoled stainless steel gold smart watch on 13/02/2024 vide order no #13683. The product was delivered only on 19/02/2024 after 6 days even without any notification. The strange thing is that the product I got was not even of that brand. The received product is an unbranded thing which doesn't even match with what i ordered. I ordered a luxury smart watch with steel chain. The product I received is of a poor plastic strap.Also invoice was not there in the package. Shopdealclue is a fraud dealer

              According to return and refund policy i have made return request of the product but got no response from company.

                I had ordered this product from shopdealclue

                The product which I order is realme me buds air 5 pro cost 3765rs
                But instead of this one I got the one plus buds 2 ce cost 2300rs

                I tried to contact them so many times but It says your mobile no is invalid
                I also whaps app & email them but still no reply also they didn't share us the tracking details also I also had a unboxing video confirming a wrong product is delivered if shopdealclue is listening plz answer my call or else email me

Hence cancelled the order with cancel Id: 2121 dated: 10/02/24. No action so far from the company. Nor they are lifting their customer care phone: 8700037185.

                      Respected sir, I purchased online shop deal clue plat form on 28 jan 2024 ₹2749 for Mi 30000 mah power bank model no Pb3018zm. My order number 12749 . But they sended ubon 20000 mah power bank. This is worthless and not support to my son's tab note book. So kindly support to refund my money. I send a reurn request mail but they not replying me. So kindly support to refund my money.

Sir plz support to refund my money. And take an action on this company.

                                I have complained by mail to shopedealclue with pics and videos .Also tried to contact customer care . Till date there is no reply or connect with your team.
                                I have never experienced any such problems with Amazon or flipcart.
                                The returns are so easy to them or even with the refund.
                                Here we need to video every single courier and sent as evidence.
                                If your end could have verified and sent, we don’t have to do all this . Even the earphones received is a wrong product.
                                I have ordered OnePlus Z2 earphones, received some different brand .
                                I need to solve this from your end by refund to by mode of payment.

                                      I ordered mi 3i power bank from shopdealclue but I received ubon power bank. Shopdealclue delivered me wrong product. I recorded a video proof of the parcel. Parcel was not opened but there was wrong product in it. I received it by delhivery courior. Shopdealclue is very bad. I need a return of this parcel and want my money refund. I make transition from Paytm. Please help me and return it.

                                        I have ordered Philips QT4001/15 Trimmer on 12 Jan 2023 but the Trimmer delivered to me is BT1230/15 which is of the price with Mrp 945/- I've paid amount of 1394/- I have video proof of opening the box in front of delivery partner. I mailed them and contacted several times but they havent replied me. Please look into the matter and do the needful help of me.
