Our selling account at Shopee platform was suspended abruptly for the reason of selling from cross border region.
We have called and emailed Shopee to reconsider their decision because we have never operated from cross border region.
They insisted on keeping our account suspended and holding our funds (the payments for products which we sold) for six month.
They have left us no choice but to seek legal action.
We also found out many other local sellers complaining because their accounts were banned unjustifiably. Was this information helpful? |
We are currently working with NCCC making a list of other sellers or buyers who had their accounts banned for ANY REASON by Shopee.
