Shopenix.online — Refund of money

I am ordered oppof19 pro 5g max by making payment from Credit card on 18/07/2021 vide order no.#1252 I request to send details of shipment by sending four email to [protected]@shopenix.com. But no reply from said company pl do the nessary steps for refund of my money
