I have ordered (prepaid)real me pro mobile on date 16 th july. I didn't get mobile till date, kindly refund my money

This is zameeruddin, i have paid an amount of Rs.3299/- on 13.07.2021 and received confirmation mail with order no.1118, but till today i dont have any further updates regarding my order...

Please give update regarding my above order or return my money...

I am ordered mi mobile 10 pro max by making payment from Credit card on 14/07/2021 vide order no.11141 I request to send details of shipment by sending four email to [protected]@shopenix.com. But no reply from said company pl do the nessary steps for refund of my money...
