Not getting returns on investment,these all played droid with me

Square yard first I haven’t seen in such fake company, fake commitment just to grab customers.once you stuck than they stop receiving your calls.I bought WTC CBD Noida commercial, possession is about to give in Nov2021. Still no response not agreed for compensation .square yard of the cheater’s many of simple people suffering with the same.
They have still not agreed about rental income compensation, late possession compensation...

            This is to bring it to your kind notice that I tried to order "Floriculture in India" book from your website (https://www.shopeyard.com/) on 15/06/2020. I made the payment using UPI (transaction ID:[protected] but after the payment, the order got cancelled automatically after the page got refreshed. I have gone through the refund policy at your website that directs to wait for 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the refund yet.
            I also contacted the by email ([protected]@shopeyard.com) on 22/06/2020 but neither received any reply nor the refund till date.
            Therefore, you are requested to initiate the refund as early as possible.

                    What kind of worst service is this i paid money for the book and i didn’t get password for pdf. Tried to contact you through phone and mail but no response. This is not the way you should behave after taking money.

                      Amount taken ; 15 days back in shopeyard online portal. No response from shopeyard. What should i do? More than 15 days they were not mentioned shipment details or refund. Its very pathetic response towards customers.

                        I ordered two books

                        1) appsc group 1 mains geography by adv ramanaraju (Telugu medium) 2019

                        2) appsc group 1 mains english qualifying paper by vijetha competitions 2019

                        But i received geography english medium instead telugu medium

                        Please resolve my problem

                                I have paid the money online and got trapped. I needed book very urgently as i have an exam next month. Ship my order soon or return the money otherwise i will take strict action and complain in consumer forum. If i do not get my book by the end of this month i am going to complaint against you people.                                   I ordered a book 20 days back. Still i did not get it. I watsap them. After so many texts i got a reply asking me to provide order id. When i sent order id there was no reply. Texted like thousands of times and contacted still no response. Can you please provide a solution for this. I paid using my debit card.
