I order 2books in shopeyard on 15/10/19. Estimated delivery is 24/10/19. But due date is already gone, yet i didn't received my order. I was tried to contact your, in many times and many ways. But you are irresponsible. I think this is fake, because i saw some complaints, these are same issue what happened.

Its been a month and i haven't received the product or any information yet.

I tried to email them, contacted their whatsapp and phone number.
They just don't reply or contact back.
Simply being irresponsible it is.

I would like to get a resolution as soon as possible since i paid money from my pocket.

I have paid the money online and got trapped. I needed book very urgently as i have an exam next month. Ship my order soon or return the money otherwise i will take strict action and complain in consumer forum. If i do not get my book by the end of this month i am going to complaint against you people. As i can see most of the students like me are facing the same issue.

I ordered a book 20 days back. Still i did not get it. I watsap them. After so many texts i got a reply asking me to provide order id. When i sent order id there was no reply. Texted like thousands of times and contacted still no response. Can you please provide a solution for this. I paid using my debit card. Received a mail after ordering. But after that i did not receive a single mail also. Is shopeyard a fake?. I want my refund back please

They never responded not yet from 2 month. This was crucitial time for me for mains regarding that subject material. Now am irritated with there response and care now i want to take other book from other market. Finally i want to cancel my order return my money to my account...

I order a book from shopeyard site on friday, i was trying to contact them through their customer support services like whats app and mail details.
They never responded not yet almost 5 days completed (once respond through whatsapp and says there working hours between monday to friday ) thats only reply from there end. This was crucitial time for me for mains regarding that subject material. Now am irritated with there response and care now i want to take other book from other market. Finally i want to cancel my order return my money to my account.

This site SHOPEYARD ONLINE is fake and fraudulent.I had an order placed on 3rd July and still no update.Sent many emails and called many times but no response.Before placing the order they were reaponding and now that payment is done, they don't care.Strict action has to be taken on this site.Will lodge a Complaint to State consumer redressal mechanism if my order is not delivered within a week.

they must refund 300 rupees

They didn't send my order. I also requested them to cancel my order n make refund, for that also i didn't get any response from them. I paid rs 469. Ccavenue transaction number is[protected].

Hi i ordered a book of vinoontna publications appsc group3 paper 2 book on may 4 th, till now the book was not deliverd... Now only i called the courier service customer care they told me that your shipment was booked for different address that's why it was cancelled. I don't want that book now... Make my refund as fast as possible...
Your customer service also very poor,,,, why you are not attending calls on provided number??? Any way i want my money back.. Refund it

This is a fraud website & fraud people cheating & playing games with life of students who willing to prepare for exams.Otdered book on 14 Feb they sent message sent through unknown fraud courier trackon yet know no tracking or message .Fake no provided by both people .
