I have ordered book (Order id[protected] from shopyard on 4th jan 2019, received a mail saying that it will be delivered on or before 14 jan 2019. But till now (20 jan 2019) i didn't received my order. I tried calling customer care but phone is busy and not connecting. It is clear that shopyard is truly fraud website. Please take necessary action against this type of fraud.
