This is to bring it to your kind notice that I tried to order "Floriculture in India" book from your website (https://www.shopeyard.com/) on 15/06/2020. I made the payment using UPI (transaction ID:[protected] but after the payment, the order got cancelled automatically after the page got refreshed. I have gone through the refund policy at your website that directs to wait for 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the refund yet. I also contacted the by email ([protected]@shopeyard.com) on 22/06/2020 but neither received any reply nor the refund till date.
