I ordered 2 books and received only 1 book. They are not all responding to mails. Even the phone number given on website never connects.. Please resolve the issue immediately.
On their website the order status also never gets updated. The firm is playing with emotions lot of hardworking and poor students. If we are unable to contact the firm, how can be the issue get resolved. Atleast they should respond to mails and provide minimum assistance. Otherwise these type of cheating firms shouldbe banned immediately
