Its been 20 days and they havent delivered books yet. You dont have the option to call them because after the IVR message, the call gets dropped. No update from their delivery partner as well. I dont understand why schools are dependent on such irresponsible vendors for their services. The Schools should have directly delivered books to us rather than routing us to such vendors who disdain us. Was this information helpful? |
