I have ordered books for my son on 16th June not delivered yet. As I called lot of times in this week on customer service number but no one is picking up call. Even I put mail for the same no reply.

B2CO547578, this is the order number which is notified via online site. Very bad experience. Also there is no tracking messages till when books will get delivered.

Education Department should take some action for such Online sites, If books are not available then they should not take advance payments.
@shopforschool kindly reply or dispatch book asap.

Sir, I have ordered books on www.shopforschool.in for my son Jeet Patil on 17th April-2022 and payment of Rs.4745/- were deducted from account, but till date the delivery was not done, for the above issue I had been called many times in customer care number and also mailed on website portal. The CSC representative only tells that the book's will be delivered within week. 1st term of school ended & 2nd term started and my son was write all notes in rough pages, it is very difficult to fair all notes on time.
I ordered books for Podar Jumbo Kids Nadiad, Gujarat-387002.
Sir, it is kindly requested to refund my money with interest and also ask for delivery of books ordered. Sir, also reviewed the Podar school's online purchase system.

I had placed order for Hoodie Zip Jacket and formal shirt with order # B2CO558160. I was promised the delivery within 10-15 working days. It's been 20 working days and they are saying that it will take another 15 working days to dispatch the order. Its complete torture to the customer. Every time I call customer care they are giving excuses and giving false commitments for the delivery. Every time we place the order it gets delayed. www.shopforschool.in is harassing the customers by delaying the order. Please take necessary action against the www.shopforschool.in.

1. Order1 - One book not included in order. Raised query, reply after 3days.
Even after 3 weeks of time boos is not sent
2. Order 2 - Received 2 books which are same

Need to spend 15/20 min for pathetic call center number

There are two incidents.

First in march 2021, when i had ordered the books, they got delivered in may 2021 and i was given the excuse of covid. So i accepted and said nothing.

Second incident is this year's. I had ordered book set for my daughter on 21st of March 2022, which was supposed to be delivered by 8th April 2022.But it has still not been delivered. When i call up their customer care, half of the times it is non reachable. Somehow, after trying n number of times, if i finally get through, they tell me their senior will look into the issue and call back within half an hour and it has never happened till date.

I have requested them to cancel my order so that i can buy another set for my daughter, but that too they are not ready.

I am really frustrated and tired of chasing them and still there is no solution.

Sir I ordered grade 1 books 2months before, but received grade 2 books. Please tell me how to replace the books.

I ordered a second standards book but I got first standerds book.so please give me second standards book. thank you

We ordered the books on 1st April, but inspite of multiple calls to their customer service number and mails, they never responded to us even once.

We only got a mail informing the books have been dispatched earlier this week, even though we had clearly mailed them previously about our unavailability at the said address and asked to send to our new address.customer had care asked us to share new address on email and they will take care at the backend. But neigher did they respond nor changed the shipping address.now after paying book set amount we don't have books after 16 days. Please help us.

I ordered book for grade 5, from shopforschool app. I made online payment of 5996/-Rs. But still not received order confirmation.

Daily i am checking the delivery status on your tracker page.. But there is no updates regarding that.

If your team is not able to deliver the same.. Kindly let us know and process the refund of the paid amount. We will go for another option.

Order placed on 01.04.21 but till time same is not dispatch

I ordered books of 5th std. On 17.03.2020 for rs.5995 (Advance) with my order id b2co35326 from shopforschool.in my order is still not delivered till today. School has started almost 4 months ago but we dont have books and now the exams are also nearby on 17th aug 2020 than how my ward will attempt the exams without books. Im following them on customer care specially to mayura madam but there is no response and no solution. My ward is studying...

I am pratik chotaliya. I am live in ahmedabad. My complaint is i order my son grade2 books in june month payment ok but i have yet not book reach in my home. What about my son study loss. Who is responsible for loss of study. Your customer care exucative most lasy and non co-operative nature so i am so dispoint with your service. So if you care your customer please take necessary action on it. I hope my son books come in 3to 4 days in my home. Please take seriously not in joke.

I have booked 4th standard book kit for my ward and paid online charges on 31.05.2020 .My order no. Is B2CO76833 and AWB is D73634568 but till date I can't receive any books through DTDC Couriers. I can't cancel my order and not get any phone call from DTDC Couriers.
I request you to see the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.

It is very ridiculous service which is provided by shopforschool.com. Already one month is over of my order, till date i have not received the “icse grade 3 common final kit”. Even they are not bother to reply my mail. I have to call every time which is also lengthy process. After trial of 10-20 times, then the call is processed. But no action till date. I am fade up with there service. The order no. Is b2co84595, order date 08 june 2020 11:27, amount is rs. 5223.

I need these books as soon as possible. My child is suffering from headache and eye problem. Last 4 months, he is studying through ebook which purchase from same vender. Please take strong necessary action, so that they don't do this type of thing in future.

I ordered the books of 5th std on 8th april 2020 but untill books not received so there is educational loss of my son .if I call to costumer care number there is not response and sometimes call recieved but not giving properly information with arrogant behave if any loss of my son so totally responsible you

I placed my order B2CO98518 on 6/26/2020 6:22:00 PM. The last order status update on 26/Jun/2020 | 08:50 PM Status :Your order has been packed. Today when I am writing this complaint on 13th July, I have tried sending them emails, tried calling them several times but received no response. Even the number mentioned on their website is [protected] stoped accepting any calls. This website is a fraud. Then even don't have any cancel order option. Please help me to get my money back and please take some action on such fraud company.

We have booked 4th standard book kit for kid and paid online charges. Today the date 2nd July. We have not received the books the order is showing packed from last 10 day's. There is no cancel option available and school management is not taking any responsibility. Phone numbers are not working. In this lockdown situation facing huge problem.

Its been 20 days and they havent delivered books yet. You dont have the option to call them because after the IVR message, the call gets dropped. No update from their delivery partner as well. I dont understand why schools are dependent on such irresponsible vendors for their services. The Schools should have directly delivered books to us rather than routing us to such vendors who disdain us.

Very poor management of shop for school website. I have ordered uniform and books online on 11th march and yet it is not arrive. All the time they use to say me that your order has been dispatched. Since last 20 days i use to hear this answer. They should have stop this procedure of online selling if they cannot manage.

I, have booked podar school sport t shirt on 08.10.2017, order no-1428998, amount for that is also deducted, but yet the parcel not received. I have tried to contact the cust. Care but not satisfactory reply.in june-2017, i received the school uniforms but the quality of sports shirt was very poor as price paid, so please care the quality and must improve your system for better to everyone.

In today's age of customer centric service industry, I have my worst experience with shopforschool. I have ordered books and uniforms on 09.04.17 with full online advance payment but to my dismay, nothing was delivered for next ten days. Upon lots of persuation and follow ups with shopforschool, shipyaari and fedex, at last, i have to pickup the books only from fedex warehouse. Still the uniforms were not delivered.
The helpline number of the shopforschool was useless and the boys and girls sitting there are not at all concern with the concerns of customers. They will just repeat the sentences mugged that they have noted the complaint and will forward to the dispatch section. They do not have any clue or information regarding the dispatch date, status of order etc. All the time they gave assurance that the uniforms will be delivered in two to three days.

Also other than customer phone number ( which took a lot of time to be getting connected to useless representatives due to ques), one email ID was the only given contact point. However all the times I have mailed on the customer care email ID, i have not got any response. They simply dont care to reply or solve problem of customer.

I have ultimately contacted school principal in writing ( through email) regarding the problem. However it took two months for the school to get the issue resolved and i got delivery of the uniform in the month of July ( after passing of one and half month of opening of school).I have got the uniforms after more than three months after placing of order. Upon receiving the consignment, I was confident the shopforschool cannot deliver the right things. That was right. They have delivered wrong pants and shirts. However school helped me to exchange the same.

With all my experience, i got that never take service of shopforschool because it will not be a service but a nightmare. Due to compulsion put up by school for purchase from this site only, you should place order with cash on delivery only.

I have also got clue that it is just a front company of school management for selling of merchandises and books as high court ha directed CBSE schools not to be involved in such commercial activities. However schools are smart enough to surpass such directives. Also the books are not made available in open market but only on this site that is making the things worst and making the intention of profiteering very clear by the school.

Also the logo of shopforschool is very similar to that of school. The email ids used by the employees of shopforschool is in same domain as of the school. That makes it very clear.

Lest hope such malpractices by schools and harassment of parents will be stopped in future ( although it will not happen just by hoping.)

Shopforschool.in is the worst site i have ever seen!! U have order my uniform on 22nd of march (Or[protected]. I have call ed the customer care number more then 50 time still i don't recive my uniform. They try to fool us by giving rubbish resons like it is out for shipment then delivery manager is not genrating your order and much more! I have even send emails to them but no reply. Today they say please order your uniform again. Now i am total fed up now and i want legal action on them. If this i'd read by someone who is also fed up please reply. And suggest all school to not sell there uniform on shopforschool.in.

Most of the customers of shop for school website are being harassed. I have prepared a legal notice against them. I request all parents to come forward and please register a complaint in consumer court.
These types o[censored]n-professional websites must be shut down.
Tomorrow on 15th june all schools will be reopened and today on 14th june we dont have any commitment shopforschool.in

I paid online on 4th april for uniform and books. Since then i have been caling them. They say we cant commit but it will be delivered in 1-2 days.

I have placed my order for books of std 7 of school lilavatibai podar high school, in mumbai

Till date i have not received my order and the school is going to reopen on monday
After making regular complaints, no actions have been taken
Each time i call them for my order they just say "you shall receive it soon madam"
They say 18 days of delivery time, its been almost 2 months here, this is horrible

My i have sought admission to my wards in your schools in chinchwad pune and pimpri.

We had placed order at shopforschool.in on 6th april 2017. Order no. Is 1356042 for the books procurement.

Till date we are to receive any update / feedback regarding part delivery of the books for the 6th standard.

We had called about 15-20 times. Every time mr. Rajesh salve, ms. Nandini and several other person have informed that it will be dispatched shortly.

Till date (Almost 2 months) still there is no update.

Often the phone is not reachable, if at all reached, response from the customer care is very casual, horrible and inconclusive.

Also customer care spokepersons are very manner less, not taking any single efforts to address/resolve any concerns of the parents.

This i am officially will be writing as my review on your website and google as well.

Additionally i will raise the matter to the higher level, since there is very high level of casualness in the approach of the shopforchool.in team.

Please make sure other parents don’t go through this kind of experience.

I ordered two kits of grade 2 books for Podar International School CBSE on 23rd March. Till date, as on 6th June, 2017 I have not received the books. The customer support no. of shopforschool gives all vague information. They provided us a tracking id of Fedex last month. Today on enquiring on that ID, Fedex people told that the shipment is not yet handed over to them by Shopforschool. I made a payment of 7948/- more than two months back and still we are waiting for the books. Can any action be taken against these people. School is about to open, and we still are waiting without any clear information. On top of that a message comes from school that there might be little more delay, but school will provide xerox of books, that means by 15th also it is unexpected.

I had placed order for the set of school books and notebooks on 28.04.2017. The school has reopened on 29.05.2017. Till date we have not received the consignment. The classes have started with teachers starting lessons. Now my child is taking down the notes in a separate notebook. After we receive the school notebooks she has to copy everything again in the classwork. When she will sit and study??

I'll be happy if we receive the consignment at the earliest. But also would be happy if stern action is taken against the concern site personnel for taken orders beyond their capacity and giving so much of mental harassment to the parents and more to the students.
They should be penalized for the same so that they don't repeat it again.

Iam a parent of a student from podar international, bengaluru. I have placed order for the set of books and notebooks for class 8 on 28th of april 2017. My order no. Is or-1372543. I've paid the bill amount also. Till date (25.05.17) i've not received the items ie., books and notebooks.
The school is going reopen on 29.05.17.
Can i send my child to school without books? Why such inconvenience, tension for both parents and children when we can get the books from the school like the previous years? When they are not able to deliver on time to the clients why to take the order in the first place?
