There are two incidents.
First in march 2021, when i had ordered the books, they got delivered in may 2021 and i was given the excuse of covid. So i accepted and said nothing.
Second incident is this year's. I had ordered book set for my daughter on 21st of March 2022, which was supposed to be delivered by 8th April 2022.But it has still not been delivered. When i call up their customer care, half of the times it is non reachable. Somehow, after trying n number of times, if i finally get through, they tell me their senior will look into the issue and call back within half an hour and it has never happened till date.
I have requested them to cancel my order so that i can buy another set for my daughter, but that too they are not ready.
I am really frustrated and tired of chasing them and still there is no solution. Was this information helpful? |
